What this website is for
The site provides information about the restaurant: the menu, the rice dishes and paellas, the terrace, opening hours, how to find us and how to book a table. It is not an online shop and nothing is charged through it.
Terms of use
By accessing and browsing this website you accept this notice. Use must comply with the law and with good faith, without damaging the site, without attempting to reach restricted areas, and without using the contents for purposes other than those set out here.
Content and intellectual property
The texts, the photographs of the restaurant, the terrace and the dishes, the design, the typefaces and the code of this website belong to its owner or are used with permission. You may read them and share links to the pages, but you may not reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to the email address above and it will be reviewed and taken down where appropriate.
Menu, prices and allergens
Dishes and prices are kept as up to date as possible, but the daily catch rules: they may vary without prior notice and some dishes are served subject to availability, particularly fish and shellfish. The valid price is always the one shown at the restaurant when you order. Prices include VAT.
The allergen and ingredient information shown on the website is indicative. Before ordering, ask the staff, who hold the full information required by Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, always say so when ordering.
Bookings
Online booking is handled through CoverManager, the reservation platform the restaurant uses. The form opens in a window within the site and only loads when you press a booking button. By submitting a booking you accept that platform’s terms as well as this notice.
A reserved table is held for a reasonable courtesy period. If you cannot make it, please let us know by phone or WhatsApp in advance. For large groups or special dates, the restaurant may ask for prior confirmation.
Terrace
The terrace depends on the weather and on how busy we are. A terrace table cannot be guaranteed even if you request one when booking; the restaurant notes the request and confirms it subject to availability.
Links and third-party services
The site links to or embeds services that are not its own: the CoverManager form, the Google Maps map and WhatsApp contact. What those third parties publish and how they operate is outside our control, and we are therefore not responsible for their content or their terms. Neither the form nor the map loads until you ask for it or allow it.
Liability
We aim to keep the website available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be outages for maintenance, hosting provider failures or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site, nor for viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties.

Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will fall to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law.
